Our first step after the initial walkaround to identify any area's of concern and to prepare any surfaces that may need extra protection throughout the process, such as some plants, outlets, light fixtures, security systems, and more. We use a breathable material on any plants that we cover to ensure your plants stay healthy. As well as bag gutters to stop run off.
HYDRATE
Keeping plants refreshed
Once we have protected all delicate surfaces we begin by thoroughly pre-wetting all plants around the service area, this counteracts our soft washing solution from effecting the pH levels of the plants through dilution, thus being a important part of service we provide.
SERVICE
Treatment
After the first two steps we can start the treatment process. By using our low pressure soft washing method we can safely eradicate the algae's, molds and mildews growing on your property.
REFRESH
Plant care
After we apply the treatment, we rinse and post hydrate all plants to further dilute as well as going above and beyond by spraying our in-house plant care solution neutralizing our solution and putting vital nutrients back into the ground!
