Before we do any service we ask that you please:

1. Ensure that all door's and windows are completely shut.
2. Ensure we have access to all parts of the property as well as a driveway free of cars.
3. Ensure that all friends, family member, and pets stay inside until service is complete.
4. Ensure we have access to a working water source.
5.  If Possible to go ahead and run the sprinklers system right before we arrive this helps with our cleaning process by making sure everything is properly hydrated.

We kindly ask if your property has a lot of items on the porch or pool decks such as grills, deck furniture, planters and other items to please move them away from the service area.

However in certain circumstances due to variables that are out of our hand such as post watering, pre-existing health, species of plant, ect. We can not guarantee that no plants will be harmed. Regardless we do guarantee to work with you to resolve any issues. Also in some instances plants directly under the dripline of the roof can show signs of slight defoliation, these effects are typically temporary and usually recover within 90 days. This also may occur on the sides of driveway and walkways, the grass may turn a brown color that can stretch out around six inches but the discoloration will usually disappear after edging or mowing one or two times.

To help mitigate any such instances we strongly encourage homeowners to water their landscape before and after service to guarantee all plants are properly hydrated.

Yes we can, however we strongly recommend not to do partial cleanings especially roofs. Areas left untreated are most likely experiencing the same issue of bacteria and algae growth as the area we are treating and can recontaminate at a faster rate. When we fully clean an area it take's a brand new spore to fly through the air, land, and grow a brand new colony that can take years to fully mature but if an area is left untreated can spread back to the clean areas at a much quicker rate due to the presence of a already formed colony.
